We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **PPC Executive** to join our team at **JEWEL NXT**, a jewelry manufacturing company in SEEPZ. The PPC Executive will play a key role in managing the production planning and control processes to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of production operations. You will collaborate with various teams, monitor production schedules, track inventory, and ensure that the company's production targets are met on time.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Planning**: Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure the timely completion of all jewelry manufacturing processes.
- **Inventory Control**: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods. Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure stock availability.
- **Production Coordination**: Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth production processes and timely delivery.
- **Work Order Management**: Prepare and issue work orders, track production progress, and ensure alignment with deadlines.
- **Resource Optimization**: Identify opportunities for optimizing production efficiency and minimizing delays.
- **Quality Control Coordination**: Ensure that all production meets quality standards and company specifications.
- **Report Generation**: Prepare and present regular production status reports, inventory updates, and other performance metrics.
- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve production-related issues, including delays or material shortages.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in PPC, ideally in the jewelry manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, inventory management, and scheduling techniques.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
