**Job Title**: Baker

**Reports To**:Kitchen Incharge, Manager

**Responsibilities**:
**Baking and Preparation**:

- Prepare and bake a wide range of vegan items, including breads, cakes, cookies, pastries, muffins, and other desserts, adhering strictly to vegan guidelines.
- Accurately measure and mix ingredients according to recipes, adjusting for batch sizes as needed.
- Develop and adapt recipes to ensure optimal flavor, texture, and appearance in vegan formulations.
- Operate and maintain all bakery equipment, including ovens, mixers, sheeters, and other tools, ensuring they are clean and in good working order.
- Monitor the baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection, adjusting time and temperature as necessary.
- Prepare fillings, frostings, glazes, and other decorative elements using vegan ingredients.
- Adapt traditional recipes to create high-quality vegan alternatives.

**Quality Control and Presentation**:

- Ensure all baked goods meet the bakery's standards for taste, texture, appearance, and consistency.
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing and professional manner.
- Monitor and maintain the freshness of all baked items.

**Inventory and Ordering**:

- Assist with inventory management, including tracking ingredient levels and informing the supervisor of low stock.
- Properly store and handle all ingredients according to food safety regulations.

**Cleanliness and Sanitation**:

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Ensure all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized.
- Follow proper hygiene practices at all times.

**Teamwork and Communication**:

- Work effectively as part of a team, assisting colleagues as needed.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and other team members regarding production schedules, ingredient needs, and any issues.

**Adherence to Policies**:

- Follow all bakery policies and procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
