Role Overview: As a Senior ServiceNow Developer within the Digital Technology Team of a world-class HR organization, you will play a crucial role in designing applications and functions in the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules and platform. Your expertise in HR operations and the ServiceNow HRSD platform will be instrumental in optimizing HR operations and driving business results through technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities: - Develop detailed implementation plans for deploying the HR Service Delivery product - Drive HRSD solutioning and advise on best practices for ServiceNow - Lead enhancement phases and establish user journeys - Create user stories to support the design and configuration of various capabilities within the ServiceNow platform Qualification Required: - Bachelor's Degree - At least 4+ years of experience in Human Resources - Additional 3+ years of experience in HR Technology - Minimum of 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow Platform development - Successful implementation of the ServiceNow HRSD platform and processes Additional Company Details: Baker Hughes offers flexible working patterns to cater to individual preferences, such as working flexible hours to ensure productivity and work-life balance.
