
International Customer Service Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining the root cause.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.
- Meet performance benchmarks in terms of quality, accuracy, and response time.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and industry best practices.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in international customer service preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in night shifts or across multiple time zones.
- Familiarity with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, etc.).
- Ability to handle pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,694.90 - ₹30,000.00 per month
