**Job Opening: Sales Executive (Field Sales)**

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Work Hours**: Monday to Saturday

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and qualify leads through various methods including prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct vigilant activities as per company SOPs and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
- Exceed sales targets set by management, demonstrating consistent performance.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as marketing and customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field or related discipline preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or a similar field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Valid driver's license, preferably with ownership of a bike and willingness to travel as required.
