**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Agricultural Expert in day-to-day field activities related to saffron farming and cold storage operations.
- Monitor and maintain the condition and functioning of cold storage for saffron.
- Coordinate with farmers, vendors, and local workers as per project needs.
- Handle documentation, record-keeping, and reporting of farming and storage activities.
- Support in procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Conduct local travel within Ludhiana and nearby areas as required for farm visits, procurement, or liaison work.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and storage standards are maintained as per project guidelines.
- Assist during inspection visits, trials, and project reviews.

**Requirements**:

- Background in agriculture or farming-related projects is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of saffron farming or willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in rural/agricultural settings.
- Should be responsible, proactive, and able to handle physical farm tasks.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred for local travel.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
