Company: Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables • Product (Farm Implements) Sourcing & Costing from external suppliers which includes Product scouting, Product Specs finalization, Supplier identification , Selection, Price Settlement and quarterly cost review basis on RM indexation & specs verification. • Responsible for NPD (Complete Products & related parts). Must have Part development exposure of major categories (SMF, Casting, Forging, Machining, Hardware etc).• Responsible for key deliverables of Procurement related to Quality , Cost and Capacity of all procured products.• Plan and manage projects for continuous improvement, e.g. productivity improvement and cost reduction initiatives.• To lead CFT meetings and co-ordinate with Sales/Quality/Service/Product Management/Testing teams for smooth functioning • Technical and Commercial evaluations of potential suppliers for supplier selection• Commercial discussion and negotiation with suppliers along with Strategic Sourcing Units• Supplier legal Agreement negotiation and execution.• Support suppliers for the development of parts and ensure QCD targets• Must have dealt Product testing & CMVR certification with relevant agencies.• Must have good knowledge of SAP and Excel.• Must know Punjabi, Hindi, and English languages to communicate with suppliers.Experience 3~7 YearsIndustry Preferred Automobile/ Agriculture Qualifications General Requirements
