**Job Title**: Sales Executive - US Healthcare Process (Chat & Voice Blended)

**Location**: Ganga Nagar, Bengaluru

**About the Role**:
We are seeking motivated **Sales Executives** to join our **US Healthcare Process** team. This role involves assisting healthcare clients, particularly hospitals and ICUs, with device installation and monitoring solutions. You will handle both **chat and voice interactions** in a **blended process** and play a key role in supporting critical healthcare operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with US healthcare clients via chat and voice (blended)
- Assist with ICU device installation support and monitoring
- Provide prompt resolutions and escalate issues when needed
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Meet monthly targets and contribute to team success

**Shift Details**:

- 12-hour shifts
- 19 shifts per month
- US shift timings (night shift)

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Up to ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in healthcare support, sales, or ICU device assistance (preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable with night shifts and long shift hours
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

**Location**:
On-site at Ganga Nagar, Bengaluru

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
