Reporting to the People Manager, a Process Developer or a Process Champion - Manual Calc in Wealth Administration is responsible for
- **Responsibilities**:

- Processing and Quality/Peer Review
- Working closely with the US and India teams
- Handling critical work types like - Disbursements, Manual Calculation
- Handling work types which are handled by the US teams
- Update SOPs and other process documents.
- Ensuring compliance of all internal policies.
- Process improvement.
- Providing timely updates to Assistant Manager and onshore counterparts.

Succeeding as a Process Developer/Process Champion - Manual Calc, will require the following core qualifications and skills
- Good Communication skills
- 1- 3 years of experience in processing complex calculations
- 4-5 years of experience in Defined benefits domain
