Recruiting Coordinator

You'll be supporting our global recruiting efforts across multiple regions, working closely with colleagues in AMER, APAC, and EMEA. **What you'll be doing**
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews, ensuring a smooth process for all involved.
- Drafting and preparing offer documents, maintaining accuracy and clarity.
- Processing new hires and supporting their transition into the company.
- Maintaining accurate data in our systems (Greenhouse, Workday) to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Collaborating with the global recruiting team to support and improve our recruiting processes.

**You might also have**
- Familiarity with tools like Greenhouse, Workday, Jira, Slack, and Zoom.
- Experience in a customer support or administrative role.
- An interest in process improvement and finding ways to optimize workflows.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift.
