**JOB Description & Desired Profile**

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and play a key role in expanding our business. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our services.

Key Responsibilities:
1.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, emerging markets, and industry trends related to electronic waste recycling, scrap batteries, and used oil disposal.

2.

Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, including lead

generation, cold-calling, and networking, with the aim of acquiring new clients.

3.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing

clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for up selling our services.

4.

Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and negotiations to win new contracts and partnerships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
