**Job Summary**: The Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and converting them into satisfied customers. This role is crucial to our growth and requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for sales. You will manage a pipeline of leads, provide tailored solutions, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Conversion**: Actively follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts, qualify potential clients, and convert them into paying customers.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understand their specific needs, and present customized solutions.
- **Sales Process Management**: Seamlessly guide clients through the sales process, from the initial inquiry to closing the deal, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop an in-depth understanding of Plan B Studio’s services to effectively communicate their value and address any client queries.
- **Negotiation**: Skillfully negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure deals that benefit both the client and the company.
- **CRM Management**: Diligently manage and update customer information and interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- **Sales Targets**: Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- **Market Feedback**: Collect and share client feedback and market insights to inform sales strategies and service improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the photography, videography, or creative services industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- A results-driven mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
