Biitcode is urgently hiring a **Shift in Charge (Curing) for the Ghaziabad, Muradnagar location for one of our esteemed Clients in Tyre Manufacturing Industry.**Please find details below.

**Position Name: Shift In Charge-Curing**

**Location: Ghaziabad, Muradnagar - Sybly Industrial Area)**

**Requisites**:

- Diploma In Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in Shift In charge of the Curing process of Tyre Industry.
- Good Technical and Analytical skills
- Good and Clear Communication skills

**Key responsibilities**:

- **Production Management**:

- Monitor and manage the curing process on assigned presses to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of green tires into curing molds.
- Adjust curing parameters (temperature, pressure, time) based on tire specifications and quality checks.
- Identify and address any deviations from the established curing cycle.
- **Team Supervision**:

- Lead and supervise a team of curing operators, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Provide on-the-job training and coaching to operators on proper curing procedures and quality control practices.
- Monitor employee performance and address any performance issues.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular quality checks on cured tires, including visual inspections and dimensional measurements.
- Identify and report any quality defects to the quality department.
- Implement corrective actions to address identified quality issues.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:

- Perform basic maintenance checks on curing presses and associated equipment.
- Troubleshoot any malfunctions or equipment failures within the curing process.
- Coordinate with maintenance technicians for complex repairs.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures within the curing department.
- Conduct safety inspections and address any potential hazards.
- Promote a culture of safety among team members.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Technical Knowledge**: Understanding of the tire curing process, including the impact of temperature, pressure, and time on tire quality.
- **Leadership Skills**: Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team of operators.
- **Problem-solving Skills**: Capability to identify and troubleshoot issues within the curing process.
- **Quality Focus**: Commitment to maintaining high quality standards in tire production.
- **Mechanical Aptitude**: Basic understanding of industrial machinery and maintenance practices.
