**Location**: JNPC, Parawada, Visakhapatnam
**Qualification Required**:

- B.Sc (Chemistry) / M.Sc (Chemistry) / B.Tech (Chemical Engineering)

**Experience**:

- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in API Bulk Drug Manufacturing

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities during the shift.
- Ensure adherence to cGMP, safety, and quality standards in all production processes.
- Manage manpower and allocate tasks effectively to meet production targets.
- Monitor batch processing, documentation, and timely reporting.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Handle equipment operations, troubleshooting, and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
- Maintain production records as per regulatory requirements and internal SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of API production processes and equipment
- Leadership and team management skills
- Understanding of regulatory and documentation requirements (GMP, GDP)
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Good communication and coordination skills
