**Role Overview**:
The **Academic Incharge** will be responsible for **curriculum implementation, teacher mentoring, and ensuring high-quality early childhood education**. This role requires a **passion for child-centric learning, strong leadership skills, and an appreciation for value-based education**.

**Key Responsibilities:Curriculum & Academic Implementation**:

- Oversee the **curriculum execution**, ensuring alignment with **Krishna Consciousness principles** and the **Culture Connect** program.
- Develop and implement **play-based, experiential, and values-driven teaching methodologies**.
- Monitor **lesson plans, classroom activities, and learning outcomes** to maintain high academic standards.
- Introduce innovative teaching strategies, incorporating **storytelling, bhajans, yoga, and cultural teachings**.
- Conduct periodic **assessments and progress tracking** for each child to ensure holistic development.

**Teacher Training & Mentorship**:

- Train and mentor teachers to effectively **deliver engaging and value-based lessons**.
- Conduct **regular workshops and professional development sessions** to enhance teaching quality.
- Provide **constructive feedback** to teachers, ensuring continuous improvement in classroom delivery.

**Parental Engagement & Communication**:

- Organize **parent orientation sessions, workshops, and feedback meetings** to align learning at home and school.
- Maintain **transparent communication with parents** regarding their child’s progress, strengths, and areas of improvement.
- Encourage **parental involvement in cultural and academic activities**.

**Academic Operations & Quality Assurance**:

**Qualifications & Skills**:
