- Coordinate with different teams or departments to maintain workflows and address issues as they arise.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Support team members in completing tasks and meeting objectives, distributing workload as needed.
- Facilitate communication between the incharge and the team, relaying instructions and gathering updates.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain records of daily activities, issues, and resolutions to ensure proper documentation.
- Prepare regular reports on team performance, issues encountered, and any areas for improvement.
- **Problem Solving and Escalation**:

- Act as the first point of contact for minor issues, providing quick resolutions.
- Escalate significant concerns to the Incharge or higher management when necessary.
- **Training and Mentorship**:

- Help onboard new team members, introducing them to policies, workflows, and expectations.
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
- **Quality and Compliance Monitoring**:

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies within the team.
- Conduct regular checks or audits to monitor compliance and identify improvement areas.
- **Inventory and Resource Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage resources as needed to support operations.
- **Customer Service (if applicable)**:

- Address customer or client inquiries when needed, providing information or redirecting them to the right contacts.
- Assist in maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with services or products.

These activities help maintain continuity in operations, optimize team performance, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year
