**Associate - Partnerships & Alliances**

We are looking for a driven and persuasive Associate - Partnerships & Alliances with demonstrated networking capabilities to promote CASAMED and form partnerships with doctors, physiotherapists, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.

The main objective of this role is to build and manage company partnerships and alliances. You should be able to persuade potential partners and recommend CasaMed mobile app to their patients, identifying prospective business opportunities for the company, and providing the relevant departments with relevant feedback.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Follow a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.
- Negotiate and finalize deals with partners and alliances that benefit the company.
- Schedule appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to promote CASAMED Application.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of platform features.
- Build and maintain good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Follow up on leads generated by the company.
- Competitor Benchmarking for market growth.

**Skill Requirements**:

- You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- You have prior experience in a similar role.
- Prior experience working in a start-up culture would be a plus.
- You are excited at the prospect of building something from the ground up.
- You can work effectively with fewer resources and have strong resource management skills.
- You are a highly goal-oriented, assertive and a hands-on problem solver.
- You demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and have strong negotiation skills.
- You have excellent organizational and time management skills.
- You have a valid driver’s license.
