**Role Overview**

We are looking for motivated and self-driven **Partnership & Sales Associates** to help us expand Ayusafar’s network. In this role, you will connect with **hospitals, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, accommodation providers, and transport partners** to bring them onto our platform. You will also identify potential customers and explain Ayusafar’s services.

Success in this position means building strong relationships, closing partnerships, and generating customer trust for Ayusafar.

**Responsibilities**
- Reach out to **hospitals, labs, pharmacies, hotels, and transport providers** for partnership discussions.
- Pitch Ayusafar’s value proposition and explain the benefits of joining the platform.
- Negotiate basic terms and collect necessary information/documents from partners.
- Support the onboarding of new partners onto the platform.
- Identify customer leads and explain Ayusafar’s services (appointments, medicine delivery, travel, etc.).
- Work closely with the core team to share partner/customer feedback.

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare services is preferred (not mandatory).
- Comfortable with remote/field work and approaching businesses.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
- Students, freelancers, or fresh graduates interested in healthcare/business are welcome.
