Position: Customer Service Executive (Motor Insurance) - CHOLA Process

Location: Thane West, Mumbai

Shift Timing: General Day Shift

Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction:

- Assist customers with inquiries related to motor insurance products and services.
- Provide guidance on policy details, claims, and renewals.

2. Issue Resolution:

- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely responses.

3. Sales Support (If Applicable):

- Upsell or cross-sell motor insurance products if needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth.

4. Data Management:

- Maintain and update customer records and transaction logs accurately.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.

5. Team Collaboration:

- Coordinate with team members and supervisors for smooth workflow.
- Contribute to team goals and assist in process improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Qualification:

- HSC (12th pass) or above.

Experience (optional but preferred):

- Freshers: Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong verbal communication in English and Hindi (local language preferred).
- Basic knowledge of insurance or willingness to learn.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
