Job Title: Customer Support Representative - Kotak Bank (BPO)

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding Kotak Bank’s products and services
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls to assist with customer requests, questions, and concerns
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions
- Record customer details and call information accurately in the CRM system
- Assist in resolving basic customer issues or escalate complex queries as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications:

- Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi (verbal communication skills)
- Customer Service Skills: Strong ability to listen, empathize, and address customer inquiries effectively
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and maintain accurate call records
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and documentation

Educational Qualifications:

- Minimum qualification: HSC Pass
