Prepare and execute café-style dishes including pizzas, burgers, pasta, fries, shakes, and smoothies.
- Manage and maintain the cold and hot kitchen stations with high hygiene standards.
- Ensure mise en place (everything in its place) is always ready for service.
- Follow and enforce standard recipes and plating guidelines.
- Assist with inventory control, ordering, and wastage management.
- Supervise and train Commis Chefs and kitchen helpers on your station.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in compliance with FSSAI standards.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekend availability

- Overtime pay
