E2M Solutions is expanding its horizons with the launch of a new AI division, focusing on cutting-edge technologies and global talent acquisition. We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in sourcing exceptional talent for AI, Machine Learning, and related fields.

**Shift Timing**:3 PM to 12 AM IST**

**Location**: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Initial WFO, transitioning to WFH after the first month)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- End-to-end recruitment for niche roles like AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, MERN Stack Developers, AI Adoption experts, AI Automation experts and related positions.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired skill sets.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify top talent.
- Manage interview scheduling, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and salary benchmarks in the AI and technology sectors.
- Strong background in collaborating with overseas contractors and agencies to fulfill hiring needs.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in recruiting for global markets, especially the US, Canada, and South America.
- Hands-on experience in hiring for technical roles like MERN Developers, AI/ML Engineers, AI Adoption experts, AI automation experts and Data Scientists.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage hiring across multiple time zones.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
