**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Assist with the planning of marketing strategies to help drive traffic and engagement to the website
- Produce content for social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and Pinterest
- Keep up to date with any social media trends
- Track and communicate with social media influencers
- Ensure you produce a consistent brand message across all the social media channels
- Regularly monitor competitor social media sites and create competitor analysis reports
- Contribute to the company blog on a weekly basis
- Assist with social media performance reports
- Engage with social media users and respond to any mentions over all the social media platforms.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

**SKILLS & ELIGIBILITY**
- Relevant work experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
- Fluency in English
