**Content Creation & Execution**
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality **reels and short-form videos** for Instagram and other META platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams or talent to produce **engaging visual content** that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.

**Creative Ideation**
- Develop **original and innovative content ideas**, campaign concepts, and visual storytelling strategies tailored to different platforms.
- Stay updated on social media trends, viral content formats, and platform algorithms to keep content relevant and engaging.

**Platform Management (META Ecosystem)**
- Manage and grow brand presence on all **META platforms** - Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Threads, etc.
- Schedule and post content consistently, maintaining an optimal posting frequency and time strategy.

**Performance Analysis**
- Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and video views using platform analytics.
- Generate reports and provide insights to improve strategy and execution.

**Audience Engagement**
- Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions.
- Build and nurture a strong online community and brand loyalty.

**Collaborations & Campaigns**
- Coordinate with influencers, creators, and brand partners for collaborations and content amplification.
- Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns, product launches, and promotions.

**Tool & Tech Savvy**
- Use **video shooting and editing tools** such as InShot, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, etc.
- Familiarity with **social media scheduling and analytics tools** like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Buffer, etc.

**Brand Alignment**
- Ensure that all content and communication reflect brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone and style.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
