Sales Executive Operations Intern

**Stipend & Incentives**:
**₹5,000 - ₹10,000/month** stipend
**+ 10% incentive** on every successfully converted lead (after service delivery profit)
**Job Type**:
Internship / Full-time Opportunity after Internship
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate and follow up on sales leads for facility and cleaning services.
- Meet with clients, property managers, and business owners (accompanied by senior team).
- Coordinate between clients and operations team for smooth service delivery.
- Manage client requirements, feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in on-site operations and documentation.
- Support marketing and promotional activities when needed.
**Requirements**:
- Confident and good communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.
- Presentable and willing to visit client sites (local travel within Gurgaon/Delhi NCR).
- Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude.
