**SUMMARY DESCRIPTION**:
Provide computer network support worldwide, configure network equipment, configure and manage network services, analyze and monitor performance, maintain updates, perform administration tasks, ensure network security, document changes, monitor performance metrics, and support IT staff.

**DETAILED DESCRIPTION**:

- Provide network support and resolve connectivity issues.
- Configure hardware and software to optimize network communication.
- Set up LAN, WLAN and WAN networks.
- Analyze and monitor network performance.
- Manage network services such as DNS, DHCP, VPN, WLAN, IP addresses, and others.
- Monitor and maintain network servers and perform upgrades.
- Perform system administration tasks and ensure network security.
- Document processes and monitor network performance metrics.
- Support and train its staff.
- Keep up with advancements in network technologies and solutions.

**GRADUATE**: Network Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering

**KNOWLEDGE/COMPETENCIES**:

- Extensive experience with network operating systems such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba and FortiOS
- In-depth knowledge of hardware, software, and network installation techniques: Routers, Firewall, Switches, Access Points and other network devices.
- In-depth knowledge of IP Addressing/Subnetting, TCP/IP, ARP, VLAN, VRF, STP, Static and Dynamic Routing, DHCP, DNS, IPSec, Proxy
- Exceptional ability to provide network support and resolve errors.
- Advanced knowledge of network setup and security.
- Ability to keep up with advancements in IT network technologies.
- Proficiency in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
- Exceptional communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
