**Education**: Recently graduated with a degree/diploma or 12th Pass

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points
- Monitor network performance to ensure availability and reliability
- Provide basic troubleshooting and support for hardware and software issues
- Maintain system documentation, logs, and technical manuals
- Coordinate with senior IT staff for escalated support issues
- Ensure compliance with security policies and protocols
- Perform routine network maintenance and updates

**Requirements**:

- Recent graduate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong understanding of basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from senior staff

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
