**Network & Cloud Administrator**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network & Cloud Administrator to join our team. As a Network & Cloud Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our clients' network infrastructure and cloud environments. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of networks, ensuring data security, and implementing cloud solutions to support business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and maintain secure and reliable network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize network configurations to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
- Implement network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls, to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
- Conduct regular network audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.

**Cloud Administration**:

- Deploy and manage cloud environments, including public, private, and hybrid clouds, using leading cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Configure and maintain cloud services and resources, including virtual machines, storage, databases, and networking components.
- Implement cloud security best practices, including identity and access management, encryption, and data protection, to safeguard sensitive information.
- Monitor cloud performance and scalability, optimize resource utilization, and implement
- cost-effective solutions to meet business requirements.

**Technical Support**:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and clients for network and cloud-related issues.
- Respond to incidents and service requests promptly, escalate unresolved issues as necessary, and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime and disruptions.

**Collaboration and Continuous Improvement**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT support, security, and software development teams, to support business initiatives and projects.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in network and cloud administration, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in network and cloud administration roles, with a strong understanding of network protocols, technologies, and architectures.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and proficiency in cloud services and tools.
- Solid knowledge of network security principles and best practices, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and encryption.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Azure Administrator Associate are preferred.
