**Job Description: System/Network Administrator**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System and Network Administrator to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's system and

network infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal

performance, security, and availability of our systems and network.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and administer Azure AD and Office 365 environments, including user provisioning, group management, and access controls.
- Implement and enforce security best practices across systems and networks, including but

not limited to access controls, authentication mechanisms, and data protection.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki devices, ensuring smooth network

connectivity and performance.
- Hands-on experience with firewall administration, including Palo Alto, SonicWall, and

FortiGate. Implement and maintain firewall rules, VPNs, and other security measures.
- Provide day-to-day support for desktop, server, and network issues, troubleshooting and

resolving problems in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Manage system patching and vulnerability support, ensuring that all systems and network

devices are up to date with the latest security patches.
- Administration and maintenance of virtual environments, such as VMware or Hyper-V,

including provisioning virtual machines and managing storage resources.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services

(AWS), including deploying and managing cloud resources.

**Requirements**:
**1. 4+ years of Experience with Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information**

**Technology, or a related field.**

**2. Proven experience in system and network administration, preferably in a corporate**

**environment.**

**3. Strong knowledge of Azure AD and Office 365 administration.**

**4. Familiarity with security best practices and experience implementing them in a corporate**

**environment.**

**5. Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki devices and firewall administration (Palo Alto,**

**SonicWall, FortiGate).**

**6. Strong troubleshooting skills for desktop, server, and network issues.**

**7. Experience with system patching and vulnerability management.**

**8. Proficiency in managing virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms**

**(Azure, AWS).**

**9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a**

**team and across departments.**

**10. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Cisco Certified**

**Network Associate (CCNA), or equivalent are a plus.**
