**Responsibilities**:
- Manage Windows XP, Windows 11, Windows 10, MS Office Applications, network,etc- Perform desktop, printing and peripherals support- Manage desktop hardware troubleshooting and diagnosis- Experience in Cisco Switching, Routing and Wireless technology, CCTV installation- Troubleshoot complex customer network issues (LAN & WAN)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Manage electronic equipment- Install network and computer system- Maintain, repair and upgrade the operating system including hardware and software- Monitor the performance of existing computer systems and IT infrastructures- Maintaining the organizational IT network, servers, and security systems- Installing and upgrading software and hardware- Implementing and managing security protocols and procedures- Creating various user accounts and managing access control options- Retrieving and recovering data as and when required- Managing data backup and archives

**Skills**:
- Proven work experience as an IT Administrator, System Administrator- Network Administrator or a similar position in the IT and Development industry- Complete knowledge of various IT systems and networks- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
