**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a wide variety of South Indian dishes including idli, dosa, vada, upma, pongal, sambar, rasam, curries, chutneys, and rice varieties.
- Maintain the authenticity of flavors and recipes in line with traditional South Indian cuisine.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients, maintaining hygiene and food safety standards.
- Monitor food preparation to ensure timely service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner operations.
- Manage portion control and minimize wastage.
- Assist in menu planning and introduce seasonal or specialty South Indian dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area at all times.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a South Indian Cook in hotels, restaurants, or catering establishments.
- Strong knowledge of South Indian culinary techniques and recipes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Team player with good time management skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including early mornings for breakfast preparation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
