**Job Title: Sales Executive**
**Location: Pune, Maharashtra**
**Experience: 1-3 years**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and attending industry events.

Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting our products and services to prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers.

Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to help the company stay competitive in the industry.

Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.

Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
1-3 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare, medical services, or related industries.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player with a positive attitude.

Ability to travel locally and occasionally to other cities for meetings or events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
