Position: Counter Sales Executive

Location: Pune,Maharastra

Experience Required: 1-3 years in sales/customer service (preferably in décor, furniture, or related fields)

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction:
Greet customers as they enter the showroom.

Understand customer requirements and preferences to recommend suitable décor products.

2. Product Knowledge:
Provide detailed information about the products, including materials, colors, designs, and pricing.

Stay updated on new arrivals, trends, and special offers.

3. Sales and Billing:
Assist customers in making purchase decisions.

Process billing and payments accurately.

4. Showroom Maintenance:
Ensure that the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Arrange products and displays to maximize customer interest.

5. Stock Management:
Track inventory levels and coordinate with the stock team to replenish items.

Report stock shortages or damages promptly.

6. Customer Service:
Address customer queries and concerns in a polite and professional manner.

Follow up on inquiries and maintain strong relationships with clients.

7. Upselling and Promotions:
Promote ongoing offers and new products to boost sales.

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (preferably in the décor industry).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of interior décor, furniture, or related products is a plus.

Proficiency in using billing software and basic computer skills.

Ability to work in a team and meet sales targets.

High attention to detail and organizational skills.
