Job Title: Customer Service Rep

Location: Malad West, Mumbai

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on providing solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Document interactions and maintain accurate records of customer communications in our CRM system.

Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback on common issues.

Stay updated on product offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.

Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to processes and services.

Assist in developing customer service scripts and FAQs to enhance the efficiency of customer interactions.

Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service or a related role, preferably in a non-voice capacity.

Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.

Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in handling customer service for e-commerce or retail businesses.

Knowledge of data analysis tools to track customer satisfaction metrics.

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and chat support tools.
