**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers as they enter the showroom and assist them in finding the products they are looking for.
- Provide information about products, pricing, and promotions to customers.
- Actively listen to customers' needs and preferences to recommend suitable products.
- Maintain a neat and organized showroom environment, including product displays and cleanliness.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and stocktaking.
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding sales, refunds, and exchanges.
- Maintain awareness of current promotions and actively promote them to customers.
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and customer service skills.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
- Basic math skills for calculating prices and discounts.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

**Salary**: ₹11,306.86 - ₹32,394.48 per month

Schedule:
