A Counter Sales Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a positive store environment. This role involves direct interaction with customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
- **Sales**:

- Process sales transactions accurately and promptly.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
- Maintain knowledge of products and promotions.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- **Store Operations**:

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Adhere to store policies and procedures.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior retail experience preferred
