A **Counter Sales Representative** is responsible for directly engaging with customers who visit the business location, providing assistance, answering questions, and processing sales transactions. This role is typically in retail, wholesale, or service-based industries where face-to-face customer interaction is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Customer Interaction**: Greet customers, identify their needs, and provide information on products or services available. Offer recommendations based on customer requirements.

2. **Sales Transactions**: Process sales transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and electronic payments. Issue receipts, and handle returns or exchanges when necessary.

3. **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product inventory to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Stay updated on product features, pricing, and availability.

4. **Stock Management**: Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are properly labeled.

5. **Problem Resolution**: Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively. Work to resolve issues in a way that maintains customer satisfaction.

6. **Sales Goals**: Meet or exceed sales targets by upselling or cross-selling products and services that meet customer needs.

7. **Administrative Tasks**: Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and inventory levels. Assist with reporting and other administrative duties as required.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and experience handling cash or transactions.
- Knowledge of the industry or product line is an asset.

This role is often suited for individuals who are friendly, outgoing, and enjoy working in a customer-facing environment, with a focus on sales and service excellence.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
