**Profile Introduction**:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our retail team as a Retail Counter Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth sales operations at the retail counter.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations.
- Promote and upsell products to customers based on their needs.
- Ensure all sales are processed accurately and efficiently at the counter.
- Stay informed about the product range, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Demonstrate and explain product features to customers.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor/manager of inventory needs.
- Ensure that the counter area is clean, organized, and stocked.
- Work with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Accurately handle cash and maintain cash register.
- Assist in completing daily sales reports, inventory logs, and other administrative tasks as required.

**Profile Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience of min 1-3 years in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Must Know Sindhi.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
