
Counter Sales Executive for Furniture Showroom

**Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Interaction**:
- Greet customers as they enter the showroom and offer assistance with their furniture needs.
- Understand customer preferences and requirements to recommend suitable products.
- Provide detailed information on product features, benefits, and pricing.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the showroom’s product range, including materials, styles, and trends.
- Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and discounts.
- **Customer Service**:
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of purchased items.
- **Showroom Maintenance**:
- Ensure that the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist in arranging and displaying furniture to optimize the showroom layout.
- Report any issues or maintenance needs to the management.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer information, and inventory levels.
- Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics as required by the management.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with other sales executives, managers, and staff to achieve showroom goals.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
