Position: Sales Manager

Location: Jaipur (On-site)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team (showroom, B2B, and digital leads).
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Generate business from architects, builders, corporates, and institutional clients.
  • Supervise customer inquiries, quotations, and negotiations.
  • Manage daily operations of showroom sales and ensure exceptional customer experience.
  • Coordinate with marketing, production, and logistics for order execution.
  • Track team performance, provide training, and ensure follow-ups are maintained in Zoho CRM.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and expand the customer base.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to optimize sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/MBA preferred (Sales/Marketing specialization).
  • 4–7 years of sales experience in the furniture/interior/home décor industry.
  • Proven experience in team management and B2B/B2C client handling.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Zoho CRM, or equivalent tools.
