Sales Manager (Jeevan Handicrafts, Jaipur)

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Travel Requirement: 4–5 days/month to manufacturing unit

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and optimize the sales operations of Jeevan Handicrafts. The ideal candidate will manage a team of 8–10 members, design and implement innovative sales strategies, and streamline processes to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities


• Oversee and maintain the complete sales process from lead generation to closure


• Manage and mentor a team of 8–10 sales executives


• Develop and implement new sales strategies and funnels to maximize conversions


• Streamline operations across CRM, ERP, and inventory management systems


• Leverage AI tools, WhatsApp automation, and digital platforms for efficiency


• Collaborate with marketing to align sales with social media and content strategies


• Ensure smooth communication between sales, manufacturing, and management teams


• Travel to manufacturing unit (4–5 days/month) for operational alignment

Required Skills & Qualifications


• Proven experience in sales management (preferably in handicrafts, retail, or FMCG)


• Strong technical proficiency with AI tools, WhatsApp automation, CRM, ERP, and inventory systems


• Knowledge of social media marketing and content strategy


• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
