To manage the daily coordination and performance tracking of third-party vehicle vendors (owner-operators) to ensure smooth duty assignments, vehicle availability, service quality, and compliance across government contracts.

**Key Responsibilities**:Vendor Coordination**
- Maintain regular communication with all third-party vendors regarding duty schedules, vehicle deployment, and basic issue resolution.
- Assign vehicles for daily duties based on location, officer assignment, and vendor availability.
- Inform THIRD PARTY vendors of changes, emergency reassignments, or driver swaps.

**Service Issue Handling**
- Resolve on-ground problems such as:

- Vehicle breakdowns
- AC not working
- Delays or driver absence
- Arrange alternate vehicles in coordination with other vendors.

**Duty & Performance Tracking**
- Maintain Excel/Google Sheet records of:

- Vehicle assignments
- KM/hours covered per day
- Replacements done
- Vendor punctuality, behavior, and complaints received

**Documentation & Compliance**
- Follow up with vendors to collect and update:

- RC book, insurance, PUC, driver's license, etc.
- Flag any vehicle with expired or missing documents for off-duty marking.

**Interdepartmental Coordination**
- Share daily duty list and updates with CRM and Billing Teams.
- Assist the Vendor Payment Executive by clarifying duty-related disputes or absence issues that may affect payments.

**Requirements**:Skills:

- Strong verbal communication (Hindi/Marathi a must, basic English preferred)
- Practical knowledge of vehicle operations and third-party vendor behavior
- Fast, organized follow-up skills
- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets

**Experience**:

- 2 + years of experience in fleet coordination, transport vendor management, or logistics roles (preferably with third-party vehicle owners)

Notes:

- This is an on-ground + desk coordination role.
- Must be reachable via phone and WhatsApp during duty hours.
- Will be evaluated monthly based on vendor satisfaction, complaint resolution, and documentation compliance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
