Seeking a seasoned Fleet Management Strategist to lead comprehensive strategic planning and execution initiatives. The ideal candidate will build strong partnerships with OEMs, oversee maintenance & repair operations, manage fleet budgets, and analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans that align operational goals with business objectives.
  • OEM Partnership Development: Foster collaborative relationships with OEMs to ensure access to the latest technologies and favorable terms.
  • Fleet Maintenance & Repair Oversight: Oversee maintenance & repair operations to minimize downtime and extend vehicle lifespan.
  • Budget Management: Manage fleet budgets effectively, encompassing vehicle costs, maintenance expenses, and fuel consumption.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Analyze KPIs related to fleet operations to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to ensure optimal performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in strategic planning and execution.
  • Proven ability to build strategic partnerships with OEMs.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance & repair processes for large fleets.
  • Proficiency in managing fleet budgets, including vehicle costs, maintenance, and fuel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
