**Fleet coordinator**

TomTom is looking for a Fleet coordinator to manage our EMEA fleet program. This position is ideally suited for a young professional awaiting the next career step and requires a flexible, pro-active problem-solver with attention to detail and customer service-oriented personality.

Here’s a sample of your challenge:
**What you'll do**:

- Manage the development, performance, and maintenance of the organization fleet cars
- Contract management
- Maintain and improve mechanisms for the operation of the fleet, including surveying and measuring the satisfaction with the fleet service and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities
- Adhere to all organization policies and procedures
- Create detailed reporting
- Implement Fleet improvements
- Provide operational support

**What you'll need**:

- Preferably experience in fleet or contract management.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in office tools and processes, working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and modern online communication tools
- Positive attitude & “can-do” mentality that is customer service oriented
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team, excellent follow-through and follow-up skills
- Good communication skills and a strong command of English and Dutch, both spoken and written
