**Responsibilities**:

**Fleet Maintenance**:

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all fleet vehicles.
- Coordinate with mechanics and service providers to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
- Monitor vehicle condition and performance to identify potential issues and take corrective action.

**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of all fleet vehicles, including registration, insurance, and maintenance history.
- Track fuel usage, KMs driven to and fro and analyze fuel efficiency to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure fleet readiness.

**Driver Management**:

- Train, and supervise drivers to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor driver behavior and performance to promote safe driving practices and minimize accidents.
- Address driver concerns and provide ongoing support and coaching as needed.

**Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing fleet operations, including licensing, registration, and emissions standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.
- Implement policies and procedures to promote a culture of safety and accountability among drivers and staff.

**Cost Management**:

- Develop and manage budgets for fleet operations, including maintenance, fuel, and staffing costs.
- Identify opportunities to reduce operating expenses and improve efficiency without compromising quality or safety.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure favorable terms and pricing.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reports on fleet performance, including key metrics such as fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and vehicle utilization.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making and strategic planning.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in fleet management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance practices, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and fleet management software.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
