We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller cum BTL Executive (Male Preferred) to join our growing team in the real estate industry. If you are a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and have a passion for customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads through outbound calls and convert inquiries into sales.
- Provide product/service information and handle customer queries.
- Follow-up with potential customers to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain and update customer records.

**Skills**: Good communication, sales.
- **BTL Marketing**:

- Assist in organizing and executing promotional events, roadshows, and activations.
- Promote the brand through on-ground activities like product sampling and flyer distribution.
- Collaborate with vendors for campaign execution.
- **General**:

- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and address their inquiries professionally.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
