Min Experience -1 year experience in Calling

**Salary**: 20k p.m

Location - Nerul ( Navi Mumbai)

Day shift

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct follow-up calls with existing clients to arrange to sample and schedule 3D printer demonstrations, ensuring a smooth and engaging customer experience.

2. Address and resolve support-related queries by liaising with the technical support team, and providing timely updates and solutions to clients.

3. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and the status of ongoing support cases.

4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services during client interactions.

5. Contribute to the development of customer engagement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

6. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest 3D printing technologies and support protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a tele caller, customer service representative, or similar role, preferably in the technology sector.
- Exceptional fluency in English, both verbal and written, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion abilities and conflict resolution skills to effectively address client concerns and foster positive relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A keen interest in technology and willingness to stay informed about the latest trends in 3D printing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
