**Job Title - Process Associate - Opportunity to Cash**

We provide transactional and digital Opportunity-to-Cash services from lead generation to the collection of incoming payments. We support Siemens businesses in driving top-line growth, profitability, cash conversion and customer intimacy. We are increasing efficiency across different businesses through process reengineering, simplification, digital services and Opportunity-to-Cash integration. - Perform the assigned tasks with high speed and accuracy.
- Complete reporting of handled activities on daily basis (as per requirements).
- Willingness to work for extended hours on weekdays/ weekends during month end / quarter end close.
- Rigorous follow up and closure of pending queries/open topics with ownership.

**We don’t need superheroes, just super minds**
- SAP knowledge and 1-2 years of work experience (Preferably in the domain for role requirement).
- Excellent customer service, Interpersonal skills, teamwork skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organization skills.
- Must be fast learner and should be able to think analytically.
- Knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages like Word, Excel, Power-point, Access.
- Self Determination, Initiative, Learning, Communication Skills, Network Built on Trust, Team Player, Customer Focus.
