**Job role**:The Quality Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and monitoring the quality of all products and services within our organization. He will also be responsible for the various Lab Tests, Raw material check, Carbon-Magnesium Testing, Manual Testing and Water Inspection done within the company. This position requires a highly organized, confident and a smart individual with excellent problem solving skills and People dealing skills. The person must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Mandatory skills**:

- Exposure of Waters HPLC, Dissolution, GC and other instruments with AMV, RM, PM, FP product analysis.
- Handling of QMS related activities. Maintaining lab. records and documentation.
- Should have exposure in various instruments/ software's like Waters HPLC, Empower 3, LIMS and other softwares.
- Must be capable of quality planning, quality control, quality assurance, and quality improvement.
- Must have the understanding of 4C's of Quality Assurance
- Clarity, Curiosity, Culture and Candour.

**Good to have skills**:

- Ability to follow instructions and respond to management direction
- Ability to work independently and/or part of a team.
- Ability to display excellent time management skills
- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
- Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately in Hindi, Punjabi or English.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Documenting: Preparing and distributing documentation for production work orders, reviewing completed orders, and preparing batch records, accountability reports, and other documentation for customers.
- Inspecting: Inspecting materials, processes, and products for defects
- Testing: Performing quality checks and tests, and analyzing statistical data
- Implementing: Implementing quality management actions and improvement strategies
- Supporting: Providing quality support to projects and business partners, and acting as a customer complaint coordinator
- Collaborating: Working in collaboration with team members and the supply chain
