At Bhagwansons, we engineer productivity and precision into your workflow.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Ludhiana for an Inventory Coordinator. The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, performing physical inventory counts, managing shipping and receiving processes, and ensuring efficient inventory control and management. The role requires close coordination with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and inventory accuracy.QualificationsExperience in maintaining Inventory Accuracy and performing Physical Inventory countsSkills in managing Shipping & Receiving processesExpertise in Inventory Control and Inventory ManagementStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work effectively on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teamsExperience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is a plusRelevant certifications or associate's/bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field is beneficialResponsibilitiesMonitor, track, and update stock levels of raw materials, components, spare parts, and consumablesPerform regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system recordsReceive incoming materials, verify against purchase orders and delivery challans.Issue materials to production based on job orders or material requisitions.Maintain inventory records in ERP, inventory management software, or Excel.Update bin cards, stock registers, and digital databases accurately.Coordinate with the purchase department for replenishment of stock.Communicate shortages, discrepancies, or excess stock to relevant departments.Work closely with production to anticipate material needs.
